Of course there is a good opportunity in this field, and find the following information to make an evaluation and study the project;

– the best field is Cleaning and house keeping, in houses and companies, at the moment.

– in the future I expect the huge in need in manpower (worker in the project sites).

– there is some company working in this field, (providing cleaners for houses). in brief the situation is like that:
(the company provide a house with a lady through an agreement, and the company take 5,000 $, from the family, including the ticket for one way (just coming from original country to Erbil, and medical tests, which is not more than 500$ all together.
and the family have to pay monthly salary to the lady is about 250-300$, in additional to food, clothes, good place for sleeping, communication with original country and other relevant points through an agreement between the company and the family..)

-when you start to establish such company you should try to solve the major problem which face the companies which working in this field (getting visa to inter Iraq, I mean the permission from your country, as you know the Iraqi security situation is considered a critical and not every country permit the peoples to inter Iraq, but the situation in the Kurdistan is quit different, and very ordinary, but officially it still part of Iraq.

-finally when you establish such company you should have a local partner, which is already solved by us.

– now a day, the limited  no. of ladies (cleaners) available in Kurdistan are from (indonisia, Nipal, ).

• –          Cazarea si transportul trebuie rezervate cu cel putin 15 zile inainte, deoarece sunt putine disponibile;
• –          Verificati experienta celor cu care mergeti acolo;
• –          Nu dati bani inainte; in cazul in care o faceti, cereti chitanta pe loc si numai dupa o verificare mai detaliata;
• –          Toate informatiile trebuie scrise; atentie la ce acte semnati – trebuie sa fie traduse cel putin in engleza;
• –          Pentru a reduce costurile, incheiati parteneriate cu mai multe firme.
• –          Invitati persoane kurde in Romania pentru a castiga increderea de ambele parti.
• –          Participati la o expozitie locala cu produsele dumneavoastra;
• –          Alocati un buget consistent acestei actiuni.
• –          Gasiti un partener din Kurdistan si incepeti cu un mic pas – de exemplu, o vanzare simpla.
• –          Atentie foarte mare la ce promiteti. Trebuie sa va tineti de promisiune intocmai. Alftel, riscati sa fiti trecut pe lista neagra a guvernului din Kurdistan.
• –          Trebuie sa aveti un produs sau un serviciu mai bun decat cel turcesc, de care se beneficiaza acum, din cauza pretului mic;
• –          Nu va asteapta nimeni cu o geanta cu bani; trebuie sa munciti si sa investiti banii. Veti primi ce vi se cuvine numai daca munca este de foarte buna calitate;
• –          Pentru a obtine contracte cu statul, trebuie sa demonstrati ca puteti duce la bun sfarsit afacerea, precum si sa aratati ca aveti cu cine si cu ce;
• –          Pentru orice afacere pe care doriti sa o faceti in Kurdistan, trebuie sa fiti acolo.
• –          Ca sa vindeti ceva trebuie sa va duceti cu curaj la potentialul comparator, concurenta e foarte mare;
• –          Trebuie sa va inarmati cu foarta multa rabdare, niciodata nu se rezolva imediat;
